I’m sure you’ve heard, “You’re only as good as your leadership.” I believe this to be true, but I also believe you can still be a great team member with a mediocre boss. However, you can be amazing with great leadership – those who support you, push you to do more, think outside the box, and take risks, all while encouraging you to get outside your comfort zone. If you push each team member to be their best, imagine the synergy that would create among your team. That would include the leader wanting to lead and setting the goals and leading by example. If you’re in the leadership role but don’t feel like you want to lead or have the skills to lead, delegate that role to someone who can carry out the mission. If it’s important to you to be a leader, you can hire yourself a coach. The leadership of your team not only sets the tone for your daily success but it also sets the tone for how successful your business will be year after year.

Happier workers are more productive. Research from the University of Oxford Said Business School found that “happy employees are, on average, 13% more productive than those who don’t feel happy with their work.”  If you have exceptional employee satisfaction, you’ll also have lower turnover. In addition to employee satisfaction, your happiness in your team can help eliminate employee burnout and continue to keep them inspired in their positions.

Regularly set goals and keep them updated.

Who you work with makes a difference:

You’re at work the majority of your day, and it’s great to have excellent peers.

Those fundamentals are in addition to a decent wage and good working conditions. Often times it’s not always about money.

Accepting constructive criticism is a crucial skill for any leader aiming to foster a healthy, innovative, and resilient

The Secret to Getting Google Reviews is Easier than You Think

A recent consumer survey revealed that 77 percent of consumers “always” or “regularly” read online reviews when browsing for local businesses or services. That means that before a potential patient clicks “call” or schedules an appointment online, they’ve likely scrolled through your reviews to see what others have said about their experience with your dental
