Delegating administrative responsibilities where appropriate can also reduce provider stress and prevent key staff from feeling overwhelmed.

Make wellness part of your culture

Simple steps can go a long way in creating a healthier, happier workplace. Recognize team achievements, encourage regular breaks and support work-life balance. Even small gestures, such as healthy snacks in the break room or rotating staff lunches, can help your team feel appreciated.
